Steve Murphy from New Age Communications recently did an analysis on my Telstra phone bill. Initially he found an incorrect monthly charge on my account of $2.99 for which Telstra has credited me $540.

He also brought to my attention that we didn't appear to be on the correct call rates. This was hard to determine accurately due to Telstra's bill format but I could see he was on the right track. Using the information from Steve, I contacted Telstra who confirmed there did appear to be a discrepancy. The bottom line is that I have just received a cheque from Telstra in the amount of $6,498.61.

I would encourage anyone to give Steve a go and see what he can do for you and your associates.
